Accredited Training Programmes

SDF Consulting is offering our clients accredited Skills Development Facilitator and Employment Equity training programmes in association with ENJO Consultants.  SDF Consulting has qualified, registered Facilitators, Assessors and Moderators to present the training in-house for your comfort.

This service is to assist you to train your own in-house SDF and EE Consultants in order for your organisation to save money on outsourcing the service in future.

We can arrange any training your organisation requires with credible accredited training providers to ensure that your employees receive training that has meaning. Many organisations spend their Skills Development spent on unaccredited training that will not count towards your Skills Development Spent for your B-BBEE and only realise it when it comes to their BEE audit. It is very important to confirm the training providers accreditation to ensure you truly uplift your employees and you can gain maximum points on your B-BBEE scorecard.

Community Upliftment Programmes

SDF Consulting and ENJO Consultants work with organisations to do community upliftment through education.

There is such a shortage in Early Childhood Development (ECD) Practitioners in South Africa and that is where and educational foundation needs to be put in place.

We also focus on End User Computing (EUC) programmes to lay the foundation for the youth by teaching them how to use a computer and being able to work with Microsoft Programmes. 99% of employees need to know how to use a computer.

You can do community upliftment programmes with ECD and EUC programmes and claim three elements on your B-BBEE score card:

1.       Skills Development

2.       Enterprise Development

3.       Socio Economic Development/Responsibility

Make a real difference and change your community through education.
